Burge Mountain Artwork (BMA) Policies

Shipping*

All art purchases made will be shipped using UPS, unless otherwise stated in the description. Once a purchase is made from our site, BMA will use the billing address provided at check out to mail your purchase. If you would like to have your purchase mailed to a different address please contact BMA within 24 hours of purchase and it can be arranged at time of order processing.  BMA will be always be in contact with you to confirm correct address so your order arrives protected and on time. An order confirmation number (for tracking) will be sent once processed through UPS.

Processing Time: The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.

  • North America: 6 – 9 business days
  • Europe: 2 – 3 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2 – 3 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2 – 3 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 2 – 3 weeks

*BMA will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your specific location. The buyer will be communicated to prior to shipment. 

Secure Payment Options

All major credit cards and personal/business PayPal forms of payment are accepted. Please rest assured that Burge Mountain Artworks keeps your payment method secure via PayPal. Burge Mountain Artworks will never maintain or receive your credit card information.

All transactions are voided of any state and local taxes as taxes are included in the price of each piece purchased.

Returns and Exchanges

BMA gladly accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations of products you are not happy with.

  • Contact BMA within: 3 days of delivery 
  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery (BMA will not be responsible for return shipping costs)
  • Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase (items tend to be shipped out on the morning of the third business day)

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, BMA can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or Personalized orders
  • Items on Sale (if applicable)

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact BMA immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your order by using the “contact” page. You will be contacted as soon as possible by BMA.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Tim would be happy to discuss personalized or commission orders. BMA will work closely with the customer so that Tim is able to accomplish exactly what the customer intended. When you submit an order request, the customer is not obligated to buy the painting if he/she does not like the painting. To prevent this, a rough drawing will be emailed to the customer giving them an idea of how I see the painting. If the customer is happy, a non-refunable 50% deposit is required before Tim starts working on final painting. Everything is up for discussion throughout this process. If the customer is happy with the final product then the remaining 50% of the purchase price is required before shipment.

How does BMA arrive at cost for Customized orders?

The cost for the order will depend on final size, time, and subject matter of the painting requested. After Tim and the customer discuss what is wanted, Tim will fully disclose what the final cost will be to complete the project. BMA believe’s everything is up for discussion on what you can or can’t afford. On average most custom orders will start at $50.00 and increase based on subject matter and size of painting service.

Privacy Policy

BMA will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information for the following:

  • To communicate with you about your order only
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

If you follow our website, communication will follow on a regular bases but customers may opt-out at any time from receiving further correspondence from BMA.
